What to Expect

01

Warm Welcome

Arrive slightly early. Our desk team will greet you, offer treats to your pet, and finalize your intake forms in a quiet area.

02

Gentle Exam

A technician and doctor will conduct a nose-to-tail exam on the floor or table—wherever your pet feels most comfortable.

03

Clear Plan

We’ll discuss their lifestyle, answer your questions, and provide a transparent, personalized health plan.

What to Bring

Medical Records

Previous history & vaccination records.

Current Medications

Bring them in their original packaging.

Stool Sample

Fresh sample (if requested by our team).

Comfort Items

A favorite toy or blanket from home.

How to Prepare

Arrive 15 minutes early

This gives your pet time to sniff around, calm down, and allows us to finalize any remaining paperwork without rushing.

Keep dogs on a short leash

For the safety of all patients, please keep dogs on a non-retractable leash. If your dog is highly reactive, let us know and we can escort you directly to a private room.

Cats in secure carriers

All cats must be in a carrier. We recommend placing a soft towel over the carrier to block visual stimuli, which greatly reduces feline anxiety in the lobby.

Payment & Policies

Accepted Payments

Payment is required at the time services are rendered to maintain the highest quality of care.

  • Cash & Major Credit Cards
  • Cherry & CareCredit Financing Options

Pet Insurance

We highly recommend pet insurance and are happy to work with all major providers.

We will provide you with a detailed, itemized invoice and complete medical records to easily submit your claim for reimbursement.

Start Your New Client Request

Our secure Otto request form will open. When it does, choose Request an Appointment (New Client) to get started.

Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment. A member of our team will follow up to confirm availability.
