Danielle Johnson, Office Manager
Danielle has been with the team at Lee’s Veterinary Hospital since 2005 following her graduation from Susan Moore High School.
Danielle has a son named Micha. Their pet family includes two dogs named Sunni and Rossi, Lela the cat, three pet cows named Eulalie, Derby, and Ouiser, as well as eight goats and five chickens.
Fun Fact: Danielle loves all music genres. She can switch her listening choices from country, to rap, to Elvis within a matter of minutes.
Angie Adams, Kennel Manager
Angie has been with Lee’s Veterinary Hospital since October of 2011. She is a 1990 graduate of Hanceville High School.
Angie and Danny have a pet family that includes three donkeys, Bullseye, Chester, and Gus; four horses, Joe, Curly, Bill, and Reuben; three dogs, Saoirse, Razz, and, Penny; and three cats, Mean-A, Milo, and Possum.
Adam Slaten, Veterinary Assistant
Adam has been with Lee’s Veterinary Hospital since 2016. He graduated from Brewer High School in 1997, and attended Wallace State Community College to study Business Management. Prior to joining the staff at Lee’s, Adam worked at an animal clinic and in the field of cattle reproduction.
Adam and his wife, Danielle, have two sons named Matthew and Allen. Their pet family includes Iris, a boerboel mastiff, Dale, a redbone cur, and Dallas, a yorkie.
When he is away from the hospital, Adam enjoys anything relating to cattle and farming.
Lisa Cooley, Receptionist
Lisa graduated from Pinson Valley High School in 1984. Her work experience includes working at an animal clinic in Pinson, an animal clinic in Birmingham, and the Ruffner Mountain Nature Center and Wildlife Rescue.
Lisa’s pet family includes three cats, two torties named Behati and Gio, and a domestic cat named Little. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys restoring old furniture.
Fun Fact: Lisa loves reptiles of any kind, and is a former owner of a 14 ft. Burmese python named Oz.
Ashley Rabren, Receptionist/Technician
Ashely graduated from Vinemont High School, and continued her education at Wallace State Community College and Cedar Valley College. She has had experience working at a number of animal clinics in Alabama.
Ashley and her husband, Clark, have two children, Ethan and Creston. Their pet family includes Stella, a pit mix, and two frenchies named Penelope and Tater.
Fun Fact: Ashley plays for a women’s softball league.
Courtney Hayes, Dog Walker/Receptionist
Courtney has three dogs and one cat, and she loves going on hikes with the dogs.
Kennel Manager: 13 years
